A very large and airy building creates the feeling of being in church (I think it is an old church...) Not sure if this is the type of cafe I'd regularly visit, now of a business lunch style establishment. The filter was top notch though and they also serve some tapas style plates. When I first walked in the sweet smell of ricotta pancakes greeted me, making it a somewhat warmer atmosphere for breakfast.

Amazing friendly host greeted us and advised about a 20 minute wait (weekday about 1.30pm) sat outside in a nice area whilst waiting and only turned out to be waiting about 10 minutes. Inventive menu, lots to choose from, Instagram helped with choices! Helpful service and really good choice of drinks. Happy to help with dietary requirements. Lovely interior decor, lots of nice greenery. Will recommend to friends!

The environment and the food here are recommended by friends and another reviewing app. It’s said that this place is popular and worth eating, especially the hotcake, the highest order rate in HG. So we arrived here at 10:30am on Friday. A lot of people were waiting outside...After signing up at the front door, we waited for about 10 minutes before entering the restaurant. It is reconstructed from a factory, built to be simple but natural, many plants are decorated inside. We ordered cappuccino,hot chocolate and a hotcake to share. A grandma sitting opposite to us even asked me about what we were eating cuz the hotcake looks so beautiful like a work of art that everyone see it will have the feeling ‘wow’ . But it’s a bit too sweet for us and we need to drink a lot of water and coffee to neutralize the flavor. Hot chocolate tasted no longer sweet after eating the hotcake. The cream and fruits (blueberries and strawberries) on the top were fresh and i also like the melon seeds as well, an amazing combination of flavors. An awesome place for brunch with fantastic food experience and design.

Menu: plenty of variety, very modern flavour combinations, lots of new twists on old favourites. Come prepared for a culinary adventure! Location: gorgeous. I haven't been to a more instagram worthy place in Melbourne. Soaring ceilings, exposed brick, clean lines, it's all there. Very tasteful. Service: I really wish we hadn't been treated like we should consider ourselves lucky just to be allowed to eat there. I'm not asking for fawning adoration but the barely disguised indifference sure didn't make me want to return.
