The hotel was barely opened for a week when we checked in. It was a soft opening with not everything ready, and yet, it is obvious it will be a successful hotel. The design and architecture were very nice. The room was comfortable, with nice amenities and toiletries. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the pool, in which I had a refreshing dip after a day exploring Mandalay. The gym seemed well equipped, though I didn’t have the time to work out there. Accor did a great job setting up several hotels in Myanmar, and Pullman Mandalay is another example of it.

Great facilities and excellent staff. Great food. Helps treat to face the mosquitoes. 😁
