5 stars. 'Little Lagoon' is a picturesque lagoon halfway between Denham and Monkey Mia. It has BBQ facilities which were beautifully maintained and free to use, and they literally face onto the lagoon (refer to one of the photos that I took). We were on our way back from Monkey Mia, which was very busy, and we stopped in here, and it was heaven. The water was crystal clear, and there was no-one there. We cooked up a great meal, sat down and ate it, and then went and played a little in the water. You could not ask for a more idyllic place to relax and have a bite to eat. The toilet facilities are not the best, but still very usable. Beautiful.

If you are in this area..make this a destination for looking at the stars. We had the amazing experience to see dozens of shooting stars. Only wish was that I had the right lens with me!

A nice place to spend a day! its also nice to go further to the sea. Nice 4wd track :)

Really cool place with bbq and some snorkeling good for 3-4 hours
